B2B product teams struggle with customer context spread across Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, and Intercom. Workduck aimed to centralize feedback, tasks, and decisions into one platform.

Text Expander
Text Expander → Reduced Response Time for CS Teams.
Customer Success teams manually typed repetitive responses. Designed a Text Expander tool to save templates and insert them anywhere with a command. We considered a standalone shortcuts panel but chose to build the expander as an in-app layer — the insight was that writers already had muscle memory from tools like Obsidian, so meeting them inside their existing flow reduced the habit-forming friction.

What I'd do differently.
I'd run the 150 interviews in batches of 20 and re-test the activation hypothesis between each batch instead of waiting until the end. The 32% lift was real but slow to find — front-loading would have shortened time-to-insight by weeks.
